I went in Ireland in june 2019 until the end of the year to work on this beautiful project which is Wolfwalkers by Tomm Moore. I did my compositing job at Cartoon Saloon with my old teammates from Digital Graphics in Liège, Belgium and it was a real pleasure to work together once again. The movie is trully gorgeous so don't hesitate to watch it !

Projects I've worked on

Charlotte

I worked on Charlotte in 2020 for Walking the dog studio in Bruxelles. I was working part time for this project. It was nice to work in 2D again using deep compositing for the first time.

Samsam

In january 2019, I started working at Mac Guff studio in Bruxelles on the project Samsam. It's a 3D cartoon for little kids with super heros. I worked in the compositing as usual and it was really interesting because I lernt tones of stuff about 3D compositing for animated movies. A big thanks to my awesome lead by the way.

Benuts VFX

I worked for 6 month at Benuts VFX studio in La Hulpe in Belgium. I mainly managed the rotoscoping work and team. We worked on several movie projetcs. My favorite was "L'Empereur de Paris" because there was a lot of difficult but interesting rotoscoping scenes. It was a new challenge for me because until now I've never worked on VFX movies. It's a really different approach with lot of technical problems to solve and a really different way to think about what's the most efficient way to composite your sequence.

Gumball

"The amazing world of Gumball" is an animated television serie created by Ben Bocquelet for Cartoon Network. The serie mix up different types of animation (2D, 3D, live action, stop motion...) which give it a really special look and a really specific process to integrate everything together. It was super interesting to work on that kind of particular project. Plus the serie is really, really fun. I worked in the compositing team using After Effects at Studio Soi in Ludwigsburg, Germany.

Les lueurs du ciel

"Les lueurs du ciel" is a 2D animated serie developed by the studio "La grange aux monstres" based in Paris. It was the first time that I worked alone on a project and I'm really grateful that the studio had given me this opportunity to manage all the compositing part of this beautiful serie. I worked for the teaser of the project on After Effects.

Zombillenium

Initially "Zombillenium" is a comic strip created by Arthur De Pins. I worked on the compositing of the animated adaptation of this comic strip. It's a 3D project with a 2D look which gives the film a special identity and a special working process on Maya and Nuke. It was in the studio "2 minutes animation" based in Angoulême, France.

Astérix, le domaine des dieux

"Astérix, le domaine des dieux" is 3D animation film directed by Alexandre Astier and Louis Clichy. I worked as a compositing artist on Nuke for the studio Nozon in Liège, Belgium.

Song of the sea

"Song of the sea" is an Irish animated movie directed by Tomm Moore. For this beautiful film, I started to work on the colorization and the texturing part. Then I joined the compositing team. Once again, it was at Digital Graphics. We used to work on the software Shake for the compositing.

"Le jour des corneilles" is an animated film directed by Jean-Christophe Dessaint. Using Shake, I worked as a compositing artist at Digital Graphics in Alleur, Belgium.

Un spectacle interrompu

"Un spectacle interrompu" is an animated short film directed by Christophe Gautry and Arnaud Demuynck. I worked with Shake at Digital Graphics in Alleur, Belgium.

Little Big Panda

"Little Big panda" was directed by Greg Manwaring. It was actually my first job on the software Shake. I worked in the compositing and stereoscopy department. It was for the studio Digital Graphics in Alleur, Belgium.

Farmer Joe

Farmer Joe is a project made with the rendering engine Unreal at Atomic Pic studio. I did the compositing on it.

Cop is an animated short created at Atomic Pic studio on Unreal Engine. The assets come from the marketplace POLYGON created by Synty Studios . The animation and rigs have been done on Maya. The layout, lighting and compositing have been done on Unreal Engine. Concept frames have been realised by Jordi Versteege and sound design by Sound Sower .

Cop

"Petite Casbah" is an animated serie directed by Antoine Colomb. The serie is about 4 kids living in Alger in the begining of the Algerian war. I worked with Toonboom Harmony for the first time on it at l'Enclume studio in Bruxelles.

I currently work on the beautiful movie "El tesoror de Barracuda" directed by Adria Garcia on Nuke as senior comp artist at Dreamwall studio in Charleroi, Belgium.
